Along with the CBI director Alok Verma and CBI Special Director Rakesh Asthana, the battle of Delhi High Court reached. Rakesh Asthana has approached the High Court to cancel the FIR lodged against him. In the court, Asthana said that FIR has been lodged on the basis of the statement of one of the accused. After this, the High Court has issued a notice to the CBI and its Chief while restraining Asthana's arrest till Monday. The CBI Chief has to answer the allegations made by Rakesh Asthana.
